Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Answer tickets to respond questions and solve players' problems
  • Consultations in the internal IGG system (CRM)

Skills and Work Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines, maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work independently and perform tasks to completion within the parameters of the instructions provided prescribed routines and accepted standard practices
  • English is necessary for eventual meetings and communication with other departments
