Esports Sponsorships Manager (EU BASED)
IGen Gaming is a team of entrepreneurs, event organizers, and esports enthusiasts. Together we have been organizing esports tournaments and events since November of 2017.
The Director of Sponsorship & Sales will be responsible for marketing the IGen Gaming brand and events to various endemic and nonendemic companies within the evolving gaming industry. Responsibilities include sponsor prospecting, proposal customization and presentation, contract revision and servicing, and sponsor follow-up and support.
- Identify and contact potential sponsors based on mutual benefits and needs.
- Able to negotiate terms of partnership and to become the main contact for our sponsors.
- Ability to work with autonomy and limited direction.
- Has a deep understanding of the Esports industry and gaming ecosystem.
- 1-2 years of sales/sponsorship experience
- Flexible hours and availability
- Ability to work remotely with limited in-person contact with the team
- Comfortable with cold calling / emailing.
- Confident in negotiations, and the ability to promote the brand efficiently.
We are currently offering 15% commission every deal you make.
