To give you a flavour
The role of Senior Account Director is key to the growth of ICHI through the successful client management amongst new and existing opportunities. Working closely with the Studio Head (SH) & Client Services Director (CSD), you will support the growth strategy by nurturing strong client relationships, delivering creative excellence and recognising upsell and cross sell opportunities.
You are responsible for the day-to-day requirements needed to complete tasks for your multiple clients, negotiating internal and external blockers to generate more revenue and help champion ICHI as the go-to agency for our clients needs.
As part of the ICHI team, you will have full accountability to commercially grow accounts and you will manage global campaigns from conception through to final execution with confidence in presenting, pitching and creating proposals.
With the ICHI company model being highly collaborative and teamwork-driven, you will be an integral part within all teams including strategy, copy, digital, social, motion and production and you will need to demonstrate an understanding within each of these areas.
Topline
Responsibility for the revenue targets set by you, and agreed by the CSD across your accounts
Support the SH and CSD with ICHI’s growth strategy across new and existing opportunities
Deliver client services excellence to ensure we are always delivering the very best experience so that client success translates into company success
Represent the agency by attending internal and external events
Stay up-to-date with client news and gaming trends, and apply this knowledge to ensure ICHI remains effective and relevant
Day to day
Drive commercial growth of all business opportunities thereby supporting company revenue targets
Build strong client relationships at the highest level, being a trusted voice
Confidently present to stakeholders, both on screen and face to face
Champion collaboration between the production and creative teams (permanent and freelance) to ensure we’re communicating efficiently, confidently and what we are saying is informed for our clients
Develop a keen eye for detail throughout all areas of work and when providing quality assurance for client-facing assets
Support ICHI brand Marketing / PR including award submissions, website updates, social media posts, editorial communications etc...
Attend audio record sessions or photo/video shoots where appropriate
Work with Production to make sure all projects adhere to the agreed workflow with the client and help educate the client on the ICHI process before issues arise
Build and maintain a network of relevant contacts/potential clients - nurturing relationships to identify potential issues and opportunities
Take an active role within pitch requirements, reviewing documentation, managing comms and formulating a clear plan for success
Foster a productive and empowering working environment across all ICHI teams to mentor and motivate across departments
Deliver completed project marketing materials including creds, social and showreel updates
Requirements
7+ years of working in an agency/creative environment
Proven experience and successes working within gaming entertainment / youth brands
Flexible working hours - able to cross North America and European timezones
Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive under pressure
Understanding of production workflow
Exceptional communication, presenting and negotiation skills
