Ice Gaming is looking to bring a Social Media Associate to our organization.

We are a new esports organization that has been around for about 4 months and are growing fast.

The social media manager we are looking for will be responsible for the following:

Building a social media presence for the organization using Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, and Linkedin.
Managing the teams Instagram, Twitter, and Youtube periodically.
Running the organization social media advertising campaigns and updating tournaments and events.
Monitoring company brand and building brand awareness on social media.
Responding to comments on social media with a professional manner to represent the organization well.
Be a community manager for our discord and other social media that is used by the teams within our organization.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skill if any needs arise for the organization.
Must be able to report back to organization management teams to give reports weekly.
Must be able to work with a team of social media associates and managers.

Requirements:

Awesome experience with an esports team or related field.
Strong ability to build relations with the community and the organization players and leadership teams.
Marketing and social media experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Be organized and very detailed with work.
