Our ideal candidate
- Directly oversee operations, within our entire organization, as well as accounting, and partner with the CEO with drive results for the business.
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement to better the organization.
- Manage performance of all Ice Gaming teams and leaders to determine issues that needs to be addressed.
- Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and other executives.
- Overall goal we are looking for someone with exceptional ability to project manage, think backwards, and plan for results.
You should have a strong love for gaming especially esports and be a self-starter, reliable, energetic, organized, personable, and professional person.
