Job Duties:

  • Provide telephonic technical support to customers
  • Diagnose/troubleshoot issues with custom-built PCs and guide customers through corrective steps
  • Repair, replace parts, and test custom-built PCs

Qualifications:

  • Basic and advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Advanced proficiency with current versions of MS Windows
  • Excellent telephonic, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work both independently and in a team
  • Able to lift and handle systems weighing up to 70 lbs
  • PC hardware knowledge
