Job Description:

  • Build and execute social media strategy through comprehensive/competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification
  • Moderate user-generated content for each community
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing social media data/metrics, insight, and best practices
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions
  • Support design, planning, and execution of marketing programs designed to attract new customers or further engage existing customers.
  • Monitor customer reviews and maintain positive outlook on iBUYPOWER brand
  • Create presentations for in-house and community presentations
  • Planning and execution of live stream program
  • Support in planning and execution of college esports activations
  • Generate reports for the internal team
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualification

  • Excellent verbal, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with numbers/data
  • Resourceful self-starter with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in live streaming applications and services (OBS, Twitch, etc)
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and/or hardware-based technology
  • Familiarity with social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, new media, public relations, or related discipline
  • Working hardware knowledge for gaming PCs is a plus
  • Photography and design skills are a plus
  • Esports knowledge is a plus
