The account manager is responsible for effectively building and maintaining relationships with our retail purchasers (Costco, Newegg, Best Buy, etc.). The candidate should have strong communication skills and some working experience with retail.

Job Description:

  • Build and maintain relationships with retail buyers
  • Conduct competitive analysis and manage product selection based on consumer trends
  • Plan and negotiate promotions and marketing campaigns
  • Grow sales and market share in assigned retail channels
  • Support retail team with daily operations
  • Maintain, update, and review retail activity logs
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Traveling required (20%)

Qualifications:

  • Strong writing, speaking and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of SEO, eCommerce, and online merchandising
  • Experience with seller/vendor portal (SPS Commerce, Amazon Vendor Central, etc.)
  • Intermediate computer hardware knowledge
  • Resourceful, organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail-oriented
  • Sensitive to deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
