The E-Tail Account Intern will support reporting and operations for our global ecommerce and wholesale retailer partners (Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon, etc.). This encompasses the full lifecycle of B2B and B2C transactions. The internship will focus on merchandise development, production and business expansion. The E-Tail Account Intern will execute day-to-day operational tasks to support dropship accounts. This role requires working with multiple departments to ensure goal is met.

Job Description:

• Assist in product planning and inventory control
• Support weekly and monthly KPI reporting through sales reports and providing areas of opportunity
• Manage return authorizations for multiple channels
• Create sales orders
• Invoice and ensure ship out
• Assist customer service
• Support E-Tail/Retail team in daily activities
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus
• Attention to detail and sensitive to deadlines
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Passion for computers and eSports is a plus
