iBUYPOWER is looking for an eCommerce specialist to join our team and focus on growing our online eCommerce business. In this role, you will work closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams in order to develop and manage the comprehensive eCommerce funnel. You will be a key owner of our direct sales business, including customer flow, checkout retention, and sales optimization. You will work closely with our digital marketing strategist and our upper management, as this role has high visibility across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Audit & recommend product listing to ensure all images, title, product description are updated and optimized with all of our partners.
  • Analyze and recommend key metrics to improve product listing with our partners
  • Strategize ways to rank SKUS for top converting keywords. Optimize keyword relevancy search
  • Recommend & monitor AMS campaigns for best ROAS
  • Create, implement and maintain A+ page content
  • Work in tandem with the Account Managers to balance product positioning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or related field required
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales planning, sales development, or general sales
  • 3+ years’ experience in online eCommerce or online sales management
  • Excellent understanding of customer purchase flow and funnel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong awareness of customer funnel optimization and product placement
  • Strong awareness of sales KPIs, margins, and pricing strategy
  • Knowledge of Gaming PCs landscape a strong plus
