The Response Planner - HyperX Regional Response Planner will be responsible for the daily demand fulfillment, back order release, and coordinating production activities for HyperX. Functions include, but are not limited to, demand fulfillment of customer orders, inventory management and supply chain flow, production control, communication with sales/demand planning, maintaining planning databases/systems, and general supply chain coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels by analyzing demand trend, run rate, product life cycles, and market conditions to ensure balanced inventory levels at distribution centers to support regional sales activities.
  • Strategize and calibrate safety stock levels while considering seasonality to ensure sufficient inventory and reduce risk.
  • Coordinate with Global Planners and Logistics on shipment transfer, drop shipments and inter-company order fulfillment with relevant internal departments
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with requests for promotions and campaigns.
  • Manage the allocation of sample stock prior to product launches.
  • Monitor excess and/or slow-moving inventory and coordinate disposition.
  • Generate and provide reports for Sales, Business Managers, and/or management use summarizing inventory and order fulfillment.
  • Work in conjunction with Sales, Business Managers, and Demand Planners on daily requests for shipment deadlines or strategic initiatives.
  • Manage regional demands to ensure inventory is allocated according to forecasts
  • Analyze and release backorder according to sales needs.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated ability to work unassisted.
  • Flexible and responsive, with a strong teamwork orientation.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks and organizing workload effectively.
  • Aptitude to identify and resolve problems independently.
  • Commitment to quality and accuracy of work performed and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook

  • Bilingual: English / Spanish a plus

Education And Experience Required

  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically, 1-3 years’ experience in a supply chain/operation/planning role.
