With respect to the Horizon Union brand, your role as the Head of Content will continue to build and develop the brand that Horizon has cultivated since 2017. The aim is to increase growth through the organisation’s social outlets via content creation. Furthermore, through the Head of Content role, you will aim to expand the team of talent in the correct direction whilst exploiting trends in the industry. You will assist with the day-to-day running of social media, providing content for upload and managing content as a whole. The aim through all of this is to increase organic growth as a whole brand, rather than individual components. It is imperative you coordinate with the SMM, COO and CEO in order to plan and execute accordingly. It is essential you attend meetings and create progress in order for the brand to continue succeeding.

As a very top line overview, you will act as the mediator between the Horizon creators and the content itself, pushing ideas and optimising Horizon's social outlets.

The role will begin on a three month probation period, with a review following month one, where we will see performance and growth. At the end of the probation period, a decision will be made as to whether the job will be yours on a long term basis.

While being able to cater to the Horizon community and driving engagement between individuals, it is also essential that the individual caters to all members of the Horizon Union brand and establishes a close link.
