Hi-Rez Studios is looking to hire a games-loving L&D Specialist to work for our studio headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia.

As an L&D Specialist you would:

  • Own the Hi-Rez Leadership Development Program, includes designing and implementing customized 360s, Personality Assessments such as Birkman or MBTI for deeper self awareness, coaching members through creation and successful completion of personal development goals, designing and tracking KPIs
  • Support creating a culture of learning, encourage leaders within the organization to ensure ongoing participation, support, and awareness of learning resources
  • Design and deliver a variety of cutting edge learning assets with a focus on EQ and communication skills
  • Facilitate and encourage engagement around bite-sized training sessions targeting specific organizational skill and knowledge deficiencies as they arise (lunch & learns)
  • Consult to create actions aimed at improving organizational effectiveness
  • Conduct skills gap assessments to surface learning needs
  • Promote and Manage the Hi-Rez Training Reimbursement Program, includes sending communications to increase usage and processing of all applicable forms, coordinating repayment with payroll department
  • Partner with external vendors where appropriate and manage budget and vendor agreements when necessary
  • Manage large-scale projects and timelines to effectively deliver learning solutions with measurable KPIs
  • Facilitate end to end implementation of best-in-class Diversity & Inclusion training solutions, includes organization wide deployment of virtual learning through LMS (Traliant)
  • Provide mentorship, consulting, and coaching on an as-needed basis to individuals seeking support in their learning journey
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation of learning & development initiatives

Who we are looking for:

  • A genuine passion and curiosity for learning and self improvement
  • 3 years of Learning Development experience + Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.
  • Applicable facilitation and coaching certification(s) such as ICF Certification preferred, or an interest in acquiring these
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with natural curiosity and investigative skills who takes ownership to drive results
  • A team player committed to delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone who takes a proactive approach to any upcoming changes in HR compliance
  • Comfortable with technology & processes and able to suggest improvements where noticed.
