Hi-Rez Studios is immediately hiring a qualified Customer Support Representative to work at our studio in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Come join the creator of the critically acclaimed SMITE, Paladins, Tribes: Ascend, and Global Agenda as we embark on exciting new online game projects. We are looking for candidates for shift work between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday - Friday.

What our CS Reps do:

  • Provide first line support for players of all Hi-Rez games, covering multiple gaming platforms.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Mentor other CS Reps and help with training and development.

Preferred Candidates have:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Technical support experience.
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Turkish, Polish).
