Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager APJ, the Senior Account Manager is the focal operational point between the Business Development and Client Services departments, able to plan, organise and implement key client campaigns. You’ll be the internal focal point for major client campaigns, in that you will create project timelines, ensure they are implemented according to plan, and escalate any delays to the client Business Development Manager and/or Client Services Team Member. You will also be tasked with creating an overall project budget, organizing purchase orders for this budget, and ensuring that the budget is kept to the plan throughout the project. The main indicator of your success in this position will be the effective planning, organisation and management of client campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement, and manage project planning process, in close coordination with Company Directors, Business Development and Client Services teams.
  • Liaise with Business Development Manager and the Global Client Services team to create a project timeline and budget with a succinct overview that includes all elements of a campaign. Project budget must clearly outline the company’s net costs against invoiced amounts.
  • Perform project management to ensure all aspects of the project are executed per plan, and within budget.
  • Raise requests for purchase orders for suppliers for all projects.
  • Develop and implement escalation process for project delays & budget misalignments
  • Create and manage virtual working spaces for client projects (e.g. Slack channels, MS Teams, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Provide any project-related information for reporting purposes (e.g. detail any delays, detail any over expenditures, etc.).
  • Ensuring the client receives all services with best-in-class delivery in a timely fashion.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years’ experience as Projects/Account Manager within the gaming industry.
  • Experience developing and coordinating marketing plans, projects, and programs.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Excellent command of English, with a second language skill set desirable.
  • Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of European and US gaming, lifestyle, business and daily media with a good network of contacts.
  • Creative, target-oriented and reliable.
  • Analytical skills and comprehension for the evaluation of best practices.
  • Understanding of Social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc and third-party management software.
  • Articulate and confident when dealing with senior stakeholders and clients and can build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Team player with a natural talent of achieving common goals for Heaven Media and clients.
  • Highly creative and can challenge the status quo whilst acting strategically and tactically.
  • Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Be commercially aware and always get the best value for money for the business.
  • Project management with ability to multitask, delegate and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Can prioritise against business and client objectives with ease.
