Freelancer (self-employed) / Part-time: 4 hours per day (Mon-Fri 9:00 - 13:00 GMT)

The Role:

Heaven Media are experts in esports and gaming. For our clients, we organise both online and offline tournaments, run events for 160k+ people, create and deliver social media strategies, and provide a variety of other marketing services world-wide.

We are currently seeking a Creative Coordinator to join the Heaven Media Client Services Team. This role is best suited to a highly organised self-starter with previous experience in sales with a focus on talent management and social media management. The suitable candidate must be advanced with the entire MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and have a working knowledge of talent management, social media, graphic design, video production, and web design. The role is part-time and will include a variety of tactical marketing delivery tasks, as well as some administration tasks.

Professionally, you will report to the Head of Client Services and sit within the Client Services team. You will have responsibility for supporting the Head of Client Services as needed, as well as liaising with the wider Client Services Team to collaborate on proposal decks, artwork briefings, internal process improvement, and any other tasks as appropriate.

The role will require a good understanding of our clients and businesses, internal and external communication skills, and strong working relationships within Heaven Media. Periodic travel to the UK Head Office and other locations may be required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating on and crafting proposal decks for existing and potential clients for all Heaven Media provided client services.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the marketing plans for several of our gaming-brand clients.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of both talent relationships and management.
  • Client relationship management through regular meetings and emails where necessary.
  • Updating, contributing, and reviewing weekly and monthly content planners for several clients.
  • Collaborating with the Content, Events, Social Media, Sponsorships, Loaner Pool, and Channel Marketing teams and all other internal areas of the business as needed.
  • Administrative tasks as needed.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

  • 1-2 years Marketing and Social Media Marketing experience for B2C technology/gaming brands.
  • 1-2 years Talent Management experience for B2C technology/gaming brands.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent management processes from conception to execution.
  • A working knowledge of social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • A working knowledge of social media, graphic design, video production, and web design strategies.
  • Know how to present to varying audiences with different levels of understanding on topics.
  • You are a team player and always ready to help others.
  • You are creative and have a drive for action.
  • Reliable and independent approach to work.
  • High quality standards and customer focus.
  • Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience and interest in PC Hardware, gaming, and esports.
  • Remote working experience a plus.
