YOUR ROLE
As part of the Cloud Operations team you’ll be designing, building, optimizing and operating the global infrastructure for our next-generation game streaming service. Today our streaming infrastructure is deployed in close to 20 geographic locations worldwide using multiple cloud providers.
As a Senior Cloud Engineer, your experience and expertise will be central to Hatch’s platform architecture, roadmap and strategy. You will also get the opportunity to work closely with our providers and partners in selecting, implementing and managing their technical offerings.
TOOLS OF THE TRADE
We pride ourselves on building systems that are automated, scalable, efficient and maintainable. You will work with infrastructure cloud services, operating systems, networks, automation tools, monitoring systems, custom solutions and many others at an industrial scale.
Our toolbox includes technologies such as Linux, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS as well as other cloud services, ELK stack, Prometheus, Consul, MongoDB, Neo4J and many many more. Scripting languages such as Python and Bash are also used extensively.
Cross-discipline skills such as software development, Linux kernel expertise, Android expertise, CI/CD skills (Jenkins) or security will definitely impress us!
