Harriers esports are looking for a passionate and talented Overwatch coach to coach young students between the ages of 16-19 of varying abilities. Coaching will be performed remotely with the possibility of coaches on occasion attending college campuses within the UK.

While experience in coaching is desired we would also seek to give opportunity to the right candidate. We will seek to provide trials to potential candidates in order to assess their coaching abilities and suitability to work with young students.

Role responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing coaching schedules for multiple groups of students
  • Managing those groups during your allotted time coaching them
  • Time keeping/register marking in order to make sure students are attending both lessons and coaching
  • Provide structured and detailed training feedback to students.
  • To work closely with the Academy manager, Keeping him updated with all academy team matters and progress.
  • There may be more roles depending on the skill and experience of the successful candidate, these will be discussed in an interview before a trial. If agreed upon the successful candidate will see an increase in wages offered to offset the extra workload.

The successful candidate would ideally have a strong ability to speak English along with residing within the UK in order to make campus and event attendances.

The position is UK based and due to start in September 2019 with the start of the new academic year. Wage will be negotiated upon a successful trial.
