HALON is looking for talented and enthusiastic Project Managers for exciting, high profile film and video game projects. We are looking for an individual with outstanding communication skills and a proven track record in Project Management. You will coordinate, track, and guide the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and with high quality. Previous experience building and maintaining schedules is essential.

Responsibilities

• Draw up plans for multiple projects and manage creative requests from start to finish
• Work with Executive Producer, Supervisors, and Production Coordinators to determine the resources necessary to complete projects
• Use project management tools, production methodologies, and leadership level dialogue to maintain tight schedules and high standards of quality
• Oversee, coordinate, track and manage the activities of the team to ensure that project goals are completed on time
• Provide motivation, direction, and improve best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role
• Strong experience collaborating and providing exceptional communication skills with internal and external teams and partners.
• Virtual Production experience preferred
• Direct creative workflow process and manage deliverables against deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to self-prioritize and execute with minimal supervision, while also leading by example
• Strong knowledge of Shotgun, Excel, Word, & G Suite
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
