SUMMARY

Gunzilla Games is looking for an IT Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring world-class support service quality for our offices in Frankfurt and Kyiv (we seek two different candidates).

You will oversee all operational tasks related to the company's sites, continuously improving our way of working, as well as coordinate our IT strategy. You will also be fully involved in operational tasks to help project stakeholders succeed and mentor our IT specialists.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an IT Manager, you will:

  • Manage the IT team, creating a collaborative working environment
  • Gather feedback and requirements from representatives of all projects to make sure support is in line with expectations
  • Oversee customer request distribution within the local IT team of your site
  • Validate Support Request SLA follow-ups for your site
  • Continuously ensure that the software and hardware in all meeting rooms function properly, and update both if required
  • Validate all requests performed by the team
  • Implement best security practices and ensure they are followed
  • Escalate technical and managerial issues
  • Create budgets and handle purchases of IT equipment and services
  • Must be able to perform all tasks of an IT technician
  • On-site support to end-users
  • Manage local infrastructure
  • Actively identify potential improvements
  • Support local company events

REQUIREMENTS

  • Significant experience in developing, leading, and managing IT teams, preferably in international companies with more than 200 employees
  • Very strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Possess a scientific, pragmatic, and yet flexible approach
  • Ability to work well in teams and communicate with individuals and stakeholders from various backgrounds and hierarchical levels
  • Good management and organizational skills
  • Easily able to adapt to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to consistently follow the latest hardware and software trends
  • Very strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Good knowledge of printing materials, networking, cabling, SCCM, Active Directory, Jira/Confluence
  • Knowledge of multimedia equipment, Agile methodologies, scripting (batch files, VBScript, PowerShell) is a plus
