Our Account Managers are the liaison between the client, the seller and the relevant company departments. Account Managers look after client satisfaction by ensuring successfully executed campaigns. This leads to strong customer loyalty and retention.

Here you will be the daily voice to our advertising agency partners. You’ll be the rock on our sales team ensuring that aspects of our campaigns are performing above expectations while updating, educating and building relationships with our advertising users. You will facilitate the management of all aspects of campaign’s from pre-sale cycle through the post-sale cycle providing an end-to-end amazing experience for GumGum’s advertiser/agency partners.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and execute sold advertising campaigns
  • Cultivate relationships with both agency contacts, along with client direct, to manage the advertising campaign and optimize performance
  • Ensure successful campaigns by working with all internal teams
  • Utilize GumGum’s internal inventory management system to build media proposals for prospective clients
  • Work with and support sales team in building campaign proposal – including excel spreadsheets, PPT, word documents, emails, etc
  • Provide market insight into the in-image display vertical and generate sales specifically from key brands
  • Provide feedback to the company on how to best service clients' needs
  • Support Sales in managing and executing strategic sales opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in the digital media field with BA/BS degree
  • Programmatic experience a plus
  • Familiarity with Atlas, Doubleclick, Comscore, Sizmek, MOAT, Integral Ad Science, Millward Brown, Salesforce, Nielsen,DoubleVerify and JIRA
  • Background knowledge of the digital industry throughout the west – both client direct and which Agencies hold the key relationships
  • If you are a detailed perfectionist, this is the job for you!
  • Must possess superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be highly motivated and a team player
  • PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills a must
  • Familiarity with Atlas, Doubleclick, Comscore, Sizmek, MOAT, Integral Ad Science, Millward Brown, Salesforce, Nielsen,DoubleVerify and JIRA
  • Proficient with online advertising terms, concepts, and revenue models (CPM, CPV, CPC, VCPM, CPA)
