Grilla is revolutionizing the esports experience, giving players and viewers the opportunity to earn money playing and watching the games they love.

The Community Manager will be a multi-channel storyteller for the current and future Grilla fans. We are looking for an individual passionate about esports that will help build community relationships and earn trust with our fans through creative meaningful communications, and robust engaging consistent content.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Grilla community and audience across various media platforms (i.e. twitter, Twitch, IG, Discord, Reddit, website)
• Build and maintain a calendar of content, events, and activities to keep fans engaged
• Create fan-facing resources and content such as live streams, written articles, VOD’s
• Interact with the community daily through various channels
• Be the voice of fans and customers, have a strong pulse on the community, and translate feedback and learnings into actionable suggestions for internal teams
• Maintain a pulse on industry trends, community leaders, emerging communities
• Work closely with partnership/talent team to align marketing and operations objectives with fan bases
• Assist with setting and measuring community KPIs across our campaigns and creatives to ensure that our brand goals are met
• Craft and deliver reports on performance metrics, fan feedback, and insights to key partners
• Manage social media interns to assist you in delivering on your content distribution & engagement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of community management experience in esports/gaming, or social media related company
• Track record building gaming communities from the ground up on social media
• Track record driving engagement and growth to brands
• Excellent communication skills for both external and internal audiences.
• Strong writing skills, video editing and design/photoshop skills
• You have a deep passion for gaming and esports
