About GRID esports:

The GRID is the industry-leading platform for real-time esports data, produced by GRID esports. We have designed our platform to allow games publishers, teams and leagues to maximally leverage official data assets through both B2B and fan-facing channels, and have done so through the use of specialised technological approaches to building real-time esports data processing systems.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Maintain and constantly improve our design system and philosophy across the product
Create wireframes, user flows, Lo-Fi and Hi-Fi mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Iterate on your designs based on constructive feedback from customers or the team
Work closely with the Product team to deliver amazing user experiences, taking them from idea to execution
Collaborate closely with engineers during product development to translate designs and prototypes into highly polished, functional products

Job requirements

1-3 years experience designing digital products as part of a cross-functional team in an agile ecosystem
You have an online portfolio, or a PDF that you can share with us that demonstrates your process and your strengths
Extensive knowledge and experience designing in Figma
Experience designing and working with Design Systems
A solid understanding of UI principles and ability to execute on visual design
Analytical thinking and ability to have a holistic vision of the system as a whole
An instinctive commitment to solving, communicating and discussing complex interaction systems
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate and advocate design decisions
Bonus points: Basic understanding of the gaming scene
