As a Technical Account Manager, you are responsible for providing technical solutions and managing relationships with Google's largest and most strategic online publishers. As a liaison between clients and our technical staff, you flawlessly lead deployments, implementations and integrations of a variety of our product lines (such as Search, Mobile, Video and Commerce). From monitoring product performance to debugging and troubleshooting product code, you are the resident expert that addresses partner needs. You are a technical expert with an entrepreneurial drive and passion for client management.

Stadia Partner Engineering is the partner facing extension of the core Engineering and Product organizations. At a high level, we're concerned with all aspects of the product that could affect the successful delivery of partner content on the Stadia platform.

The Stadia gaming team is working on revolutionizing how people play. As aTechnical Account Management Lead, you will make that a reality and bring top partner content to Stadia. You will build relationships with leaders in our Business Development, Software Engineering, and Product Management teams, quickly addressing complex issues and becoming a trusted source of customer feedback. You'll also lead operational excellence within your team, focusing on reliable execution, effective escalations, and developer success on our new platform. We want to open up the living room to a new realm of possibilities and transform how people connect with content in the living room and the variety of devices they have there.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the landing of all content in EMEA and assist with the landing of our platform to all EMEA development partners.
  • Grow the EMEA Technical Account Management team to ensure the success of our international content partners.
  • Define the process, project management, and technical solutions that would realize these requirements, and build the necessary pieces.
  • Travel to partners sites as needed.
