Due to the current health crisis related to COVID-19 and the escalating visa/travel restrictions in place, we're currently unable to extend offers to anyone who cannot work from Singapore due to lockdown visa/travel restrictions, or other restrictive measures until further notice. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing and Engineering teams
  • Experience with data, metrics, and experimentation

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with growth marketing or product growth with experience delivering measurable and sustained marketing impact.
  • Experience building relationships with senior product leaders, influencing product decisions, and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills. Ability to make the complex simple without losing key ideas and messages.
  • Creative flair to bring fresh ideas into marketing campaigns. Outstanding written, presentation and verbal communication skills.

About The Job

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

The Growth Lab team has high executive visibility and works across functions and global product areas at Google. Our goal is to provide insights, best practices, tools, and services to help product and marketing teams, in order to spread Google brand love and get more users to use more Google products, more often and on more devices.

You’ll join a team of experienced and entrepreneurial growth marketers and collaborate very closely with product, marketing and local teams around the world to help drive awareness, acquisition and feature adoption using growth marketing strategies. This is a fast paced, highly collaborative role, that involves numerous stakeholders. You’ll develop ongoing relationships with teams to help build sustainable, long-term growth across all of Google’s products.

Responsibilities

  • Define the growth marketing strategy for high priority products and areas for APAC Marketing in collaboration with country, regional and global marketing teams and product teams. Design and launch scalable growth marketing experiments with the aim of APAC wide and global roll out
  • Provide growth insights (user flows, growth models, etc.) to deliver more value to more users along APAC Marketing priorities
  • Connect APAC teams with global Growth Marketing resources to execute strategic growth campaigns
  • Analyze and report out on results to marketing and product stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Embed growth capabilities in the wider APAC Organization through a community of passionate growth Product Marketing Managers who share learnings and best practices across regional and country teams
