Your Job

  • Defining the creative analysis process with the Head of Marketing Arts
  • Running creative analysis
  • Assist in the processes and tools around creative analysis, including but not limited to- organizing tags, making sure creative tags, naming conventions, tracking are used in a meaningful way so that later analysis
  • Provide regular analysis on creative performance to game teams, campaign managers, marts teams
  • Facilitate creative testing and running testing campaigns on paid networks like Facebook
  • Train teams esp creative strategist on creative analysis
  • Help knowledge on creatives spread throughout Marketing Arts and the wider creative department

About You

  • affinity to data
  • A level of artistic training and a refined artistic eye - so that you can tell why an artwork is pleasing and balanced and why it is not
  • You have an excellent understanding of the free-to-play games market, always keeping up to the latest gaming and design trends, because it is your passion
  • You are well organized, communicative and know how to present and defend your vision, against various levels of the organisational hierarchy
  • You speak excellent English
  • Experience with Adobe CS is a plus
  • Experience with Unity is also a plus
