We have just started our AAA project and are looking for an Executive Producer to take football games to the next level. This is a rare opportunity to pilot a new project in a new studio, with genuine ambitions. Our mission is to give the power back to the players and build a game which rewards play to earn and skills rather than pay to win and catch up mechanics. We want to unlock a world for people to play with each other without technical limitations as well as being able to make a living off of the game.
As the Executive Producer, you will have great influence over hiring the right team members and acquiring the right resources for the project. Your responsibility is to take our concept and develop it into a high quality game, in line with budget and deadline. The goal is to create a highly engaging football game together with the development team as well as other internal and external stakeholders. We believe you will create a fun and creative, yet rigid, development platform for the team.
As the game shall focus on multiplayer first and cross platform (PC/console), it will be a challenge to lead the development team to strike their goals throughout the project. You will report to the studio founders who will support you in translating the vision and concept to the release.
To be successful in this role, we believe you have experience in releasing multiple AAA games on multiple PC/console platforms. You see opportunities where others see limitations and you thrive in a startup environment. Since we are a startup, you can expect to get your hands dirty in the beginning and focus more on the strategy further down the line. We think it is important that you have a passion for creating games and most important of all, the greatest football game ever.

- Lead game development and product vision
- Manage game quality and delivery, mitigate risks
- Follow up and manage financials and KPI's of the game
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff
- Ensure a fair, inclusive, and positive team culture
- Initiate and oversee collaboration with external development partners and publishers
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience as a producer within multiplayer AAA game development production, preferably within the sports genre
- Being an excellent storyteller with the ability of communicating vision to the team
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills
Form of Employment The position is permanent, full-time. You can work from our Stockholm office, fully remote or hybrid. Although the position can be remote, we are looking for candidates in time zones close to Stockholm, 1-3h difference.
