The Talent Attraction team is a multifaceted, close-knit group of recruiters, sourcers and coordinators that ensure the business units and studios within Glu Mobile secure best in class talent for its continued growth. Glu Mobile is in growth mode! The People + Workplace team needs a Talent Attraction Manager who can help drive the success of the TA team by being a coach, mentor, and guide through the entire recruiting life cycle while also partnering closely with key cross-functional partners to drive world class recruiting practices and engagement strategies.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Recruiting Manager, you will lead a team of recruiters and build a culture of excellence through guidance, mentorship and development. You will build and execute hiring strategies to identify and attract a diverse pool of candidates by collaborating with our broader HR and Recruiting colleagues, as well as with hiring managers, to understand the hiring needs, priorities and critically assess talent. You will build strong, respectful relationships and help elevate Glu’s employment brand. You will have the opportunity to lead and mentor recruiters in a fast paced environment. You will measure the impact of recruiting methods to drive recruiting process improvement.

  • You are a catalyst for the group’s hiring strategy and road map, and create success metrics with our other recruiting leaders.
  • You keep the business up to date throughout the cycle to present that information in a way that is accurate and usable by your partners.
  • You stay up to date on the talent and competitor landscape such that our decisions and strategies around recruiting are informed by the best possible information.
  • You communicate fearlessly to build trust. You bring a strong perspective that inspires change and motivates recruiters to develop simple solutions to sophisticated problems.
  • You are a hands-on member of the team, running leadership-level searches across the business or helping out on high-impact roles as needed.
  • You enable a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • You have experience supporting global/distributed organizations.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • 10 years experience in a full-cycle recruiting role
  • 2+ years experience building and leading a high-caliber team
  • Experience working in a high-growth, constantly evolving environment
  • Desire to build your knowledge of our products and the gaming industry
  • Solid communicator across all levels and verticals of the organization
  • A high level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
