Job Description

GGLeagues is looking for a full time partner success manager. Come join our growing team and build a career with us in the esports industry!

GGLeagues is a recreational esports platform and our partner communities are the heart of what we do. You will be at the ground level, ensuring a great experience for our many partners and finding new partners for GGLeagues. This requires a love collaboration with people, organization, and the flexibility to deal with the challenges of a startup environment.

The most important characteristic of Partner Success Managers is that they love collaborating with people. GGLeagues is platform that helps bring recreational esports to new communities, allowing players of all skills to compete in the games that they love. Our partner success managers will be working directly with these communities to ensure their success and develop new partner communities.

As a Partner Success Manager, a typical day might include the following:

  • Onboarding/partner success calls with our partners
  • Developing new strategies and responding to requests from partners to ensure their success
  • Sales calls with new partners
  • Follow up on questions, documentation, and other steps through the sales process
  • Develop new methods and strategies for reaching customers and partners
  • Meeting with the CEO or COO on how to recruit more teams into GGLeagues
  • Brainstorming with fellow team members on ideas to make GGLeagues better
  • Beating down the CEO in a few Super Smash Bro matches

You might also have:

  • Previous experience working in customer service
  • Previous experience working in sales
  • Previous experience working in marketing
  • Experience working in the esports industry
