Gfinity is looking for a Valorant news writer to join the team to work daily on gfinityesports.com, for 5 hours a week, with flexible working hours.

This writer will work closely with the experienced in-house team to develop and deliver written content on Valorant.

We are looking for someone with a passion for the gaming industry who will bring excellent knowledge around gaming and esports to the team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Generating original story ideas for gfinityesports.com
• Writing SEO led news content daily
• Working with in-house editorial teams to produce new content
• Keep up to date with the latest news stories, community trends and in-game updates
• Editing and updating existing articles

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Experience in SEO and working on websites
• Excellent written and verbal communication - experience within the industry is a bonus
• High level of knowledge of the gaming and esports industry, particularly in this area
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Available to be flexible with working times in order to attend/cover events where necessary
• Any experience with our other core titles is a bonus but not required
