We have partnered with Abu Dhabi Motorsport Management (ADMM) to design, develop and deliver a new virtual motorsport (esports) racing championship (ERC)!

We are looking for a PR superstar to help us get the word out there, create a buzz and make everyone eager to learn, participate and find out more! If you are a Motorsport enthusiast then we want you, now!

Can you start ASAP and stay with us till the end of August with the potential to become our dedicated project PR specialist? This is a 5 year deal we are talking about!

Season 1 will start recording at the end of July/beginning of August and our aim is to broadcast end of August through September. Season 2 will start recording middle of January/beginning of February and broadcast March/April.

We envisage this to be a 2 months assignment to start off with, working full time during this time and then we can think of how we can take it further. Maybe part time or a few hours during the months leading to Season 2, where we will need you again full time! This TBC based on performance and results.

You will be responsible and help us with:

  • Sell good stories, stories that resonate and excite people and the market
  • Build agency relationships, create press releases, be the face of the campaign
  • You will lead, coordinate, manage all PR campaigns working closely with ADMM and Gfinity while also developing the marketing and PR plan for the project
  • Help us successfully deliver the 1st season and ensure that everything from a PR and comms perspective are being taken care of
  • Identify and build relationships with key media, be our global PR lead
  • Achieve a positive image of the project and Gfinity overall
  • Be the project's advocate, shape the ground to take us successfully through the end of the project, highlighting the outcomes and benefits realised
  • Make the public aware of the project, provide relevant information in order to build trust and make the public accept and look forward to the project
  • Create a network of project supporters

Requirements:

  • You ideally love motorsports and PR in equal measure
  • You are a doer, an independent thinker, a "I like taking initiatives" type of person
  • Having had significant exposure and experience in an agency environment, managing accounts and creating unique campaigns while also being broadcast savvy
  • You are flexible and happy to jump on calls early in the morning or when the need arises
  • Oversee and manage the programme website project
  • Potentially available to help long term
  • You are probably a consultant/freelancer and immediately available

This role is primarily home based, there might be a need in the future to meet in person but during Covid 19, most of our interactions will take place remotely.
