Recruiting Coordinator:

Our Recruiting endeavors need support! Whether this means scheduling interviews across different departments during various stages of the interview process, dealing with last-minute schedule changes, or managing quick and accurate communication with candidates and the hiring team – this role has a range of responsibilities to help recruiters do the best work they can do. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create job postings on internal ATS and to social media
  • Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
  • Ownership of interview experience, liaising between candidates, recruitment agency, hiring manager and recruiter
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
  • Creation of offer letters for new hires and conduct reference checks as appropriate
  • Identification of opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3 year recruiting coordinator experience or within an HR department
  • This position will require a team member that has a great deal of professionalism, strong written & verbal communication skills, and white-glove-service mentality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high-level of discretion
  • Experience building meaningful customer relationships across teams

Assets:

  • Knowledge and experience in the gaming, multimedia and/or web services industry
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Solid communication, collaboration, organizational and time management skills
  • Start-up experience
