The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members and be responsible for driving value for the business. Experience and knowledge of the Esports scene is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of Esports players. Being responsible for the successful building of Championship Teams.
• Drive successful digital marketing initiatives to improve the visibility and recognisability of the players.
• Manage the operations and finances of the business to maximise value for the business.
• Lead and oversee Business Development initiatives.
• Recruit and train new hires on business practices.
• Drive the development of employees.
• Ensure that the quality of work is continuously improved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Able to manage resources to its greatest value.
• Flexibility with timing.
• Good understanding of Digital Media.
• Works well with team and has good communications skills.
• Full-time in Jakarta.
• Hardworking, honest and eager to grow.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
