Report:

The Product Analyst will report to the Head of Product Management.

Overview:

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team! You will collaborate with the Product Monetization, Marketing and BI teams to answer questions, understand player behavior and tracking and reporting KPIs and Goals for our titles.

You would be a perfect match for this position if you thrive in a heavily collaborative and iterative environment and you are enthusiastic about leveraging data to drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Product Team to analyze, track and report KPIs and Business Goals of our products.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our products.
  • Provide to the Product Team regular updates on business performance, findings and impacts in our products.
  • Work closely with the product teams to analyze existing features and ensure a successful implementation of new features.
  • Provide quantitatively informed input to Product Managers to improve everything from product strategy, roadmaps, to feature design.
  • Evaluating and measuring A/B testing results and trends among our players
  • Be an expert on industry trends and the competitor landscape to evolve our thinking.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will be strongly skilled in the following:

  • 2 + years working as a product analyst, or related role in an industry with very short implementation cycles such as e- commerce, mobile products/services. Experience in game development is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Art, and Data teams.
  • Flexible team player who will thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
  • Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to be-self sufficient and execute quickly when given autonomy.
  • A passion for games (of any type).

Bonus:

  • Knowledge or Familiarity with Mobile Gaming KPIs and how to affect them.
  • Familiarity with modern product management processes and practices.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.

Desired Hard Skills:

  • Proficient with SQL;
  • Proficient in Excel;
  • English: Advanced;
  • A/B Testing Tools (Firebase, Optimizely) - Advantage
  • Data Analysis Tools (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau) - Advantage
