Job Description

  • Lead the video content production through creating, scripting and directing projects
  • Provide new inputs and ideas of content for our products in alignment with our branding strategy
  • Conceptualize and develop new video series for our channels alongside with the creative team, and overview the writing of scripts for each show
  • Produce, shoot and edit high-quality videos in a wide range of styles
  • Planning and coordinating a team for: recording of video content, interpreting scripts, conducting rehearsals, directing activities of cast and technical crew for recording
  • Build and manage a team of video editors
  • Carry consistency throughout entire projects, ensuring the highest quality for all assets produced
  • Work with on-camera talent and other production staff to craft ideas into engaging & repeatable series and one-off videos
  • Work with the digital content team to develop and maintain a long-term editorial and promotional calendar
  • Devise unique, creative ideas for new video features, content and enhancements that advance objectives and strategic plan
  • Be the owner creative vision and shape content from pre-production to delivery
  • Support and encourage feedback, team discussions, and foster an environment of safe and productive iteration;
  • Manage the development of the video staff through training, mentorship, and personal growth;
  • Create and maintain production schedules of delivery, aligning with other team leaders.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in audiovisual for the entertainment industry;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social networking platforms, Google Analytics, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of video recording and directing for Cinema/TV and Internet
  • Knowledge of various correlated areas such as photography direction, production, art direction, assistant direction, etc;
  • Professional experience establishing creative vision and strategy;
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience leading/mentoring individuals. Growth minded and motivated towards teaching, enabling, and coaching other professionals;
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, delivering high quality results under the pressure of deadlines, with routinely quick turnaround times
  • Proven exceptional management skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail and high work standards
  • Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Monday, or similar
  • Flexibility; able to shift gears quickly
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, independently, and under close direction
  • Experience creating videos for platforms including Facebook, YouTube and, Instagram
  • Track record of creating video that grows and engages social audiences organically
  • Background in studio and field production
