Strategic Operations Program is designed for outstanding fresh graduates and young professionals from 3 - 5 years of work experience who want to make an impact in the game industry. As a part of Human Resources Team, you will play a key role to the organization and will be able to work on strategic projects in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Learning & Development, HR Business Partner.

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
  • Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.
  • May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research with regards to talent development or retention.
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Partner with team leads closely to identify team-specific People related issues and opportunities. Drive multiple stakeholders and integrate resources to implement People solutions in all areas.
  • Transform the high-level People strategies into ground-level execution. Customize the project plans and implementation in the teams. Assist team leads in all kinds of organizational changes from the most critical People projects to daily operations.

  • Graduate from a Top Tier University with a comprehensive and proven HR experience in fast paced working environment.
  • Strong at managing multiple nationwide talent acquisition campaigns
  • Good project management skills and networking
  • Technology Savvy: Proficient in the use of technology, social media and job boards
  • Independent, proactive and result-oriented
  • Positive working attitude and a good team player
  • Analytical, resourceful, able to multitask and work within timeline
