Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers on the Corporate Team to understand hiring requirements and recruitment needs;
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) to facilitate hire of qualified candidates;
  • Maintain existing recruitment channels and job portals;
  • Explore new collaborations with recruitment agencies and manage negotiations of Recruitment Service agreements in compliance with company standards;
  • Network and maintain relationships with key candidate communities for short and/or long-term opportunities;
  • Educate/train hiring managers on interviewing and acquiring talent;
  • Help define and drive strategic sourcing strategies to attract the best legal talent to Sea.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; Law degree highly preferred;
  • Solid years of recruitment experience; domain experience recruiting attorneys and legal professionals strongly preferred but not required;
  • Strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and delivering outcomes;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Passion for people, culture, and service;
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse and fast-paced working environment.
