As part of the People Team, you will drive the review and improvement of people, management and organizational practices within Garena, where fast business expansion has posed exciting opportunities and challenges. Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment efforts for the Brazil office;
  • Ensure communication with hiring managers about the recruitment process through profile alignment, weekly meetings, and presentation meetings of selected profiles;
  • Ensuring that candidates are aligned with the company's values and needs of each position through the dissemination of vacancies on our communication platforms, active search for professionals, market mapping, phone screening, interviews by competence, follow-up and feedbacks;
  • Ensure that all stages of the selection process take place with assertiveness and quality, applying optimizations whenever possible;
  • Guide in data-based decision making, through the implementation of effective communication strategies and performance metrics (KPIs), which are reported weekly to Global;
  • Responsible for the development of projects or process improvements that are important to the R&S area, such as Onboarding, Diversity, Employer Branding, Relationship with Universities, among others.

Job Requirements

  • Resourceful and results-oriented;
  • English full professional proficiency is mandatory;
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication skills and able to build a strong working relationship with various stakeholders;
  • Experience with Game hiring is a plus;
  • Strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and delivering outcomes;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Passion for people, culture, and service;
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse and fast-paced working environment.
