In this role, you will play a critical role in enhancing a healthy and optimal Internal Communications through rolling out effective, impactful and engaging communications strategies.
Job Description:
- Develop creative, engaging and impactful internal communications plans and campaigns for Garena’s growing employee base globally;
- Design overall messaging, and produce internal communications materials, including but not limited to announcements, memos, presentations, newsletters, town halls, and blogs;
- Manage internal communications channels, and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns;
- Collaborate with overseas offices to ensure consistent messaging and employee experience, and facilitate local customizations where appropriate;
- Build good stakeholder relations across teams to uncover gaps and ensure effective implementation of internal communications plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university;
- 3-5 years of experience working in related fields, such as internal communications, marketing, and communications;
- Excellent communication (written and spoken) and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience developing content for a culturally-diverse audience, and using metrics to evaluate communication reach, engagement & effectiveness;
- Creative and resourceful, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Experience in digital content creation, editing and related software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator) a plus;
- Passion for games is a plus.
