Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment efforts for the Mexico office.
1. Experienced hires recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for all vacancies (sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management)
Actively search for top-tier candidates in the region to build a strong network of talent.
Connect with and engage qualified candidates to develop a strong talent reserve for key positions.
Manage all existing recruitment channels and job portals
2. Campus Recruitment:
Drive the recruitment efforts for the Strategic Operations program, including screening, interviewing, candidate management, and any other logistical arrangements.
Plan and organize all recruitment and publicity-related activities such as campus events and office visits, including recruitment collaterals and booth designs.
Develop a strong brand presence among universities.
Build relations with relevant campus stakeholders, and be the point of contact for all incoming partnership inquiries including those from schools and student associations.
Support any other recruitment-related initiatives, such as employer branding, or any other HR initiatives
Job Requirements
Degree from a reputable university with good academic credentials
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
Resourceful and results-oriented
Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to build a strong working relationship with various stakeholders
Experience with tech hiring is a plus
Experience with campus recruitment is a plus
