The Challenge:
Join our team as a Quality Assurance & Localization Specialist.
As a Quality Assurance & Localization Specialist for Garena your job will be to safeguard the standards of Booyah’s performance and maintain the engagement of our clients.
Your Role:
- Localize Booyah for specific target audiences/markets.
- Report defects or possible issues of software, as well as propose improvements and fixes.
- Handle internal tools and API with precision.
- Work closely with developers to execute quality assurance tests for the streaming platform
- Work with the Customer Support team to resolve user issues.
- Any other related tasks assigned to support Booyah.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Experience working on quality assurance process for software.
- Has a good understanding of PC and mobile clients.
- Self-starter and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented and experience in reporting and summarizing.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Passion for games is a plus!
