Job Description

  • Lead strategic initiatives in developing new games and/or genres for India market, including building, scaling and managing the local development team;
  • Work closely with senior management and other internal stakeholders in charting strategies for new games/genres, including identifying new games as well as conducting horizon and feasibility analysis, market research, and go-to-market strategies;
  • Drive local partnership negotiations and build relevant networks to support business expansion;
  • Drive other strategic initiatives in product development and operations planning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. MBA from a reputable business school a plus
  • Passion for games, with in-depth knowledge of the India market;
  • At least 6 years of game product management experience, in a leadership role, covering areas such as product development, gameplay roadmap and strategy, and product launch;
  • Familiar with at least one game genre and able to come up with full development plan with gameplay and feature design that fit India market
  • Game publishing experience in India a plus, familiar with local marketing and channel networks, content development and community management;
  • Results-driven, hands-on and able to deliver;
  • Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills, capable of building and developing a team from scratch;
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Hindi;
  • Past experience in building a successful game from scratch in India a plus;
  • Willing/able to travel around (Singapore, Shanghai, India Bangalore).
