Garena is seeking an experienced Partnership & Project Management Coordinator with passion in mobile game products. The ideal candidate should have strong interests in Gaming and Esports industry.

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Leads projects from conception to completion, understanding the game and our needs, while being able to elaborate taylormade proposals for each potential partner.
• Negotiates terms and conditions internally and externally (Marketing, Legal, Finances, Esports).
• Identifies and communicates potential issues or blockers and finds ways around.
• Ensures that we receive the negotiated benefits, but also that our responsibilities to the partner are fulfilled and even looks for ways to provide added value to them.
• Proactively communicates to the cross functional teams (Payments, Business Development, other Products) and provides resources, updates, issues and relevant information.
• Serves as a liaison between the product and said areas to enhance our communications efforts.
• Finds resources for the brand, such as alliances, new vendors, intelligence, etc.

Job Requirements

• Marketing and/or Business Development background
• At least 2 years of working experience in similar functions
• Ability to identify value and propose win-win agreements
• Excellent communications skills
• Detail oriented and adjustable to change
• Analytical and detail oriented
• Passionate about the gaming industry, previous experience is a plus
• Team Player
• Advanced English
