We are seeking an experienced Network Analyst passionate about games and networks! This contributor role works in close partnership with esports and product teams to build a better environment for millions of players.

As a Network Analyst, you will be responsible for our network performance and improvement in Brazil and for our esports servers.

Job Description

Analyze requirements and perform network and system solution, planning, installation and setup of network and system architecture
Maintain network performance by conducting network monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning
Provide network operations support, problem determination and troubleshooting for network incidents, escalate to vendors and management accordingly
Plan, deploy and monitor IT solutions to ensure system hardening and network security
Proactively maintain Linux infrastructure technology for backend services
Handle critical network issues by opening tickets to our vendors and providing solutions for our NOC
Monitor and operate our Studio Network

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology related
Minimum 3 years of relevant Infrastructure and IT experience in a similar role
Good knowledge and hands-on experience in IDC or ISP network
Good understanding and experience of routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, MPLS
Familiar with IDC implementation such as Spine and Leaf deployment
Experience on Internet Exchange Implementation and peering initiation (Peering Connectivity)
Windows/Linux server administration experience is required
Experience on servers and OS.
Solid experience of configuring and operating VMware and HyperV products
Pro-active, dynamic with good analytical thinking
Adaptive to changes and able to work under pressure
Good communication and coordination skills to liaise extensively with both internal and external stakeholders
Availability to work on weekends
English Fluency/Advanced English Speaker
CCNA level or equivalent other certificate with Cisco equipment Experiences
