Ensuring effective communication and engagement between the game and its users across all social and community platforms. This role bridges in-game campaigns and out-of-game user touchpoints to maximize awareness, participation, and revenue impact.
Own communication of all in-game engagement events, promotions, and revenue campaigns through online and offline channels.
Manage gamesβs social media platforms to ensure timely, engaging, and relevant content reaches the community.
Prepare and coordinate the design of banners, visuals, and creative assets for social posting and in-game use.
Monitor and track social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and optimize strategy accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content and messaging across all platforms.
Initiate and execute local marketing activations and campaigns tailored to Thai players.
Foster positive community sentiment by engaging with fans, responding to comments, and supporting user-generated content.
Provide weekly updates on campaign and page performance to the broader marketing team.
Job Requirements
Passionate about gaming and community building.
Strong communication skills in both Thai & English with attention to detail.
Familiarity with key social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram).
Basic knowledge of creative design coordination and analysis (Campaigns and BAUs).
