Influencer collaborations and management: Communicate smoothly with influencers, draft creative briefs based on requirements, align on concepts, and drive high-impact outcomes.
Offline event planning and execution: Work with external and/or internal partners to plan and execute end-to-end delivery of offline event projects in the Philippines.
Community management: Engage with players professionally to build healthy communities and increase overall player engagement.
Marketing insights: Provide the team with localized insights for the Philippines market and contribute campaign ideas based on the local insights.
Local trend awareness: Monitor local gaming and social trends to identify relevant opportunities for campaigns and content.
Liaise with local moderators and coordinate the timely completion of work deliverables.
Support the marketing team in other tasks and projects as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or any related field.
Passion for the gaming industry and knowledge of popular games in the Philippines.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing influencers and/or community, preferably in the gaming industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
Strong grasp of local social trends, with the ability to quickly provide creative ideas and insights.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
