Job Description

  • Responsible for day-to-day office administrative operations
  • Process employee services, such as payment and claims, onboarding / offboarding and updating HR records
  • Prepare HR documents for both internal and external functions
  • Assist with HR-related events, both internal and external
  • Assist with office facilities management, and other ad hoc HR matters

Job Requirements

  • Degree or diploma holder
  • High attention to details, diligent, and resourceful when problem-solving
  • Cheerful, positive, and a strong service mentality
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in MS office is a must; prior experience in office administration is a plus
