Job Description
- Responsible for day-to-day office administrative operations
- Process employee services, such as payment and claims, onboarding / offboarding and updating HR records
- Prepare HR documents for both internal and external functions
- Assist with HR-related events, both internal and external
- Assist with office facilities management, and other ad hoc HR matters
Job Requirements
- Degree or diploma holder
- High attention to details, diligent, and resourceful when problem-solving
- Cheerful, positive, and a strong service mentality
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge in MS office is a must; prior experience in office administration is a plus
