Esports Associate - Shooter Game

Job Description

• Execute the Esports strategy to expand CODM’s competitive gaming presence and drive community growth.
• Manage tournament operations, leagues, and major Esports events from planning to on-ground execution.
• Oversee rule setting, match scheduling, and player coordination for seamless event operations.
• Develop and manage broadcasting plans, live streams, and CG pack production for high-quality delivery.
• Drive marketing initiatives to build brand awareness, grow Esports audiences, and retain fans.
• Develop and execute content strategy and calendar across social and digital platforms.
• Produce and manage Esports content, including videos, streams, theme songs, and merchandise.
• Track and report KPI performance, adjusting strategies based on results and community sentiment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports/Esports Management.
• Experience in project coordination, operations, or event management.
• Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management (internal & external).
• Problem-solving under pressure (especially during live events or tournaments).
• Genuine interest in gaming and esports culture.
• Up-to-date knowledge of popular competitive titles.
• Awareness of player communities and esports ecosystem trends.
