Job Description

  • Oversees the publishing calendar and ensures the correct implementation in terms of the assets, grammar check, and CTA.

  • Builds the community calendar and proposes content to inform and engage the community.

  • Establishes content hierarchy to set timelines, dates, and specific times to post content.

  • Develops the reports for day-to-day initiatives.

  • Monitors SM channels and provides responses to the main topics within the community.

  • Monitors the tone in the conversations and brand reputation.

  • Collects user feedback and translates it internally as insights.

Job Requirements

  • Marketing communications background in college and/or in the working environment

  • 0-1 year of working experience with social media channels

  • Understands how social media channels work and identifies growth opportunities within those channels

  • Excellent writing skills and grammatical knowledge (both English and Spanish)

  • Detail-oriented, adjustable to change, and Team Player

  • Previous experience with publishing platforms preferred (SocialBakers, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.) is a plus

  • Passionate about the gaming industry and Esports is a plus
