Job Description

Recruitment:

• Sourcing: posting and searching for potential candidates on social media sites and career pages such as LinkedIn, Vietnamworks, …
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct phone interviews
• Arrange interviews, and join the interviews to understand recruitment requirements
• Assist candidates to complete their documents, prepare candidates for onboarding sessions.

Assist employer branding activities such as:

• Assist Garena in employer branding events such as student competitions, career orientation webinars, ...
• Build content on social media regarding employer branding
• Other tasks as assigned by the manager

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates or attending a prestigious university locally and internationally
• Can work full time from monday to friday
• Have experience working for headhunt agencies is a plus
• Familiar with career sites such as LinkedIn or Vietnamworks
• Good English is a plus
• Hardworking, good communication skills
